Early Bird Registration closes on 1 June 2013. After this date fees will increase as follows:
- £115 for Medical Drs
- £85 for Trainee Drs
- £55 for Non-Medical Practitioners
* subject to setting up a membership direct debit (we will set the date for the first payment as one year from the date of conference registration. You will receive an email 2 weeks before the payment is taken and you can cancel at any time).
Booking Terms and Conditions
- Cancellations received on or before 14 June 2023 will receive a full refund minus a £15 admin fee.
- No refunds will be given for non-attendance or cancellations received on or after 15 June 2023 under any circumstances.
- Delegates may make arrangements for an appropriate substitute to attend in their place at any time with no cost incurred by contacting the CoLab office.
- All cancellations or notification of substitution should be made by email to [email protected]
CoLab reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, amend or postpone the Conference as a result of circumstances not within its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God; epidemic or pandemic (which to avoid doubt includes Covid-19 and any variants or threats of variants thereof); any occurrence which presents a serious threat to the health of delegates; terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots; any law or action taken or restrictions imposed by a government or public authority; and/or collapse of buildings, fire, emergency or accident. In the event CoLab has to cancel the Conference in such circumstances, CoLab will offer delegates a full refund but shall have no other liability in connection with the cancellation, rescheduling, amendment or postponement of the Conference as a result of circumstances not within its reasonable control.
